My thoughts on Olorogun Barr. Festus Keyamo.

Early in the year barr. Festus Keyamo gathered deltans of like minds to share his thoughts and vision for the state under the umbrella of delta forces united (dfu) a pressure group eager to change the fortunes of delta state that has been held by a dynasty a of looters according to him. Yours truly was present at that epoch making event and having listened to him carefully then I decided right away I will join the train of believers in his vision of true transformation of delta state. Alot has happened since then significant of which is the sudden death of senator Akpor Evwerido representing delta central senatorial district at the senate. What a loss of a progressive! May his soul rest in the bossom of the Lord. This singular event has brought about a flurry of political activities among political parties as alliances are been formed to win over the electorates in this zone. My concern right now is the possible candidature of Barr. Festus Keyamo under the umbrella of the newly registered APC. Does he really stand a chance against notable heavy weight in the other parties? If deltans in this senatorial district are looking for a clear departure from the past then keyamo is it! If also they are looking for a fresh face in the politics of the state then Keyamo is it! If they are looking for one who will not be an abuja based representative then Keyamo is it! If they are looking for one who is prepared to die for a good cause then Keyamo is it! If they are looking one who will be truly accountable to his constituency then Keyamo is it! Would you as a deltan not allign with such a one for true dividends of democracy? The choice is yours! Like the dfu slogan na our hands e dey!
